Goes through your email and tells you what actually needs a reply. Needs access to your email first.
This one needs access to my email, so tell me first whether you have it, and if not, exactly how I give it to you.
Once you do, go through everything that has arrived since yesterday and sort it for me. Tell me what genuinely needs a reply from me, what is waiting on somebody else, what is a bill or a deadline, and what is just noise.
Do not reply to anything, delete anything, or mark anything as read.
Hand back a short list in that order — needs me, waiting, money, noise — with one line each and the most pressing first.
