Weekly Hours Saved Report
Every Friday, a plain tally of what your agent did, what it saved you, and what it's still waiting on.
Every Friday, show me what you actually did this week. Tally three things: the jobs you finished, the ones still running, and anything blocked on me.
For each finished job, estimate the time it would have taken me by hand. Be honest, not generous — if it took you longer than it would have taken me, say that too.
End with two things: the total hours saved this week, and the one job you think you should take over next.
