Find every recurring charge I am paying. Go through my bank and card statements and my email receipts for the last 90 days and build the full list: service, amount, billing cycle, what it costs me per year, and when it renews.

Flag the ones worth a hard look: services I have not used, price hikes, free trials about to convert, and duplicates — two services doing the same job. Show me the total yearly cost of everything you flagged.

Draft the cancellation for any I pick, but never cancel anything until I say so.
